Next stop: Garmisch, Germany

It's Wednesday afternoon, and we have a 4 day weekend in front of us. The plan is to drive up to Garmisch, starting at 3 or 4 tomorrow morning. The Volvo is out of the shop and appears to be running well. Webcams showed that the snow has cleared in the alps, but I am leaving in a few minutes to pick up some snow-chains just in case.

[Brad, Scott, are you two interested in riding along? Maybe we can invent some new spinning tricks for the Volvo.]

Rachel taught the boys a couple of German phrases, and we have all been reading up on German history.

Happy Thanksgiving and God's blessings to all.

When you do your 540s you'll just have to take the Volvo's longer wheel base into account. Don't forget to call while you are spinning so we can attest to your amazing calmness in life or death situation.

Have a wonderful time! Hope you had a great thanksgiving yesterday. You are among the people we are most thankful for!

Love to all,
Pam

P.S. In case you don't talk to mom any time soon, Brett got laid off this week. His company is still doing well so far (which is saying alot for this area) but decided to take preventative cost cutting measures. We are okay, and trusting the Lord for the future.

Greg, I am really not stalking you (okay maybe I am) but I would love your phone number so I can call on Christmas. Do you even have a phone yet? Mom said she was going to call and give me an access number or something. The best chance for reaching me and not voicemail is to call my cell, so if it's possible to call internationally to my cell phone can you please tell mom to try that first? Thank you! Thinking of you every day and glad you are together!

Love to all,
Pam
